What is the key message for women navigating menopause?

What led you to Promensil?

Like many women, I reached a point where things in my body began to shift - quietly at first, then not so quietly. I realised there isn’t exactly a handbook for this stage of life.

What drew me to want to become a brand ambassador for Promensil is its clarity. It’s considered, evidence-based, and focused on supporting women through a very natural transition - not correcting it.

There’s something quietly powerful about understanding what’s happening in your body… and choosing how to support it.

How does Promensil fit into the lives of women during menopause?

Menopause is deeply individual, it doesn’t arrive the same way for any two women.

Promensil offers support across the spectrum of changes - from hot flushes and energy dips to mood and mental clarity - the things that can make you feel slightly out of sync with yourself.

It’s not about perfection, it’s about equilibrium. And having something that helps you feel more like yourself again is no small thing.

What goals do you have for this stage of your life?

This stage feels less about proving, and more about refining.

I’m interested in clarity, strength, and energy - and in being intentional about where I place my time, my focus, and my attention.

There’s a certain freedom that comes with this chapter - a sharper sense of what matters, and a much lower tolerance for what doesn’t. Which, in my experience, is both efficient… and deeply satisfying.
